The Administrator processes your personal data for marketing purposes based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and in pursuit of SYNTECH’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which includes sending information to individuals on the waiting list for SQORER updates via email and for purposes such as claims investigation or defense.
Data Retention Period
Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or for no longer than six years, whichever is sooner.
Data Recipients
Recipients of personal data may include:
• Microsoft OneDrive, Webflow, and Mailchimp database system providers (privacy policies in Section 6).
• Service providers acting on behalf of the Administrator to support marketing activities.
• IT service providers responsible for system operations, email hosting, postal operators, couriers, banks, marketing agencies, collaborators, subcontractors, and legal advisors.
International Transfers

6. Withdraw Consent - Withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to the withdrawal.
