Information Clause

The Administrator of personal data is SYNTECH, located in Warsaw, at: Wrzeciono 65/57, 01-950 Warsaw, Poland, operating as a sole proprietorship with NIP number: 1250215363 (“Administrator”).

The Administrator processes your personal data for marketing purposes based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and in pursuit of SYNTECH’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which includes sending information to individuals on the waiting list for SQORER updates via email and for purposes such as claims investigation or defense.

Data Retention Period

Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or for no longer than six years, whichever is sooner.

Data Recipients

Recipients of personal data may include:

• Microsoft OneDrive, Webflow, and Mailchimp database system providers (privacy policies in Section 6).

• Service providers acting on behalf of the Administrator to support marketing activities.

• IT service providers responsible for system operations, email hosting, postal operators, couriers, banks, marketing agencies, collaborators, subcontractors, and legal advisors.

International Transfers

Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless necessary. In such cases, transfers will be based on GDPR-compliant measures, such as standard contractual clauses, to ensure adequate protection. Specifically:

Mailchimp (Intuit Group): Privacy Policy.

Microsoft OneDrive: Privacy Policy.

Webflow: EU & Swiss Privacy Policy and Global Privacy Policy.

Data Subject Rights

Each individual has the right to:

1. Access - View and obtain a copy of their personal data.

2. Correction - Correct or update inaccurate data.

3. Erasure - Request deletion of data under certain conditions.

4. Restriction - Limit processing of data under certain circumstances.

5. Data Portability - Request to receive data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another controller.

6. Withdraw Consent - Withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to the withdrawal.

7. File a Complaint - Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe data processing violates GDPR. In Poland, contact the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO), Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, phone: +48 22 860 70 86.
